for the moments with me
for the moments away from me
Instincts share no common plane with either reason or logic. It was the same which led me to see a trustworthy companion in you. Not a second in all the time I have known you that I doubted your worthiness of my trust. Trust is after all beyond reason.
I wish I had been more cordial,
I wish I had been more honest,
I wish I had been more trust-worthy!
